On Tuesday, May 11th Altum released a preview version of new ProposalCentral login screens. The new login experience will be accessible from proposalcentral.com and available for anyone to check out at their convenience.
How will I access them?
To check out the new experience beginning next Tuesday, May 11th, go to proposalcentral.com and you will be greeted with a pop-up – from which you can check out the new login pages if you’d like. You can also access the new login pages via the link in the upper right-hand corner of the page just below the Altum logo.
Once you get to the new login pages, you can follow the prompts for a quick tour. Then select that tab that makes sense for you.
– To login as a grant maker, make sure you click the Funder tab.
– To login as an institution official, click the Institution tab
– To login as a peer reviewer, click the Peer Reviewer tab
You can return to the “classic” ProposalCentral login experience at any time by clicking the Classic Login link located at the top of the new login experience.
Why change the look and feel of the login pages?
The new login experience is designed to give users more information about ProposalCentral and to make it more intuitive to log in depending on your role. It is important to note that the way you log in is not changing. Your username and password and the steps you follow remain the same.
How long will the new pages remain in beta / preview?
The new experience will remain in beta while we collect feedback and monitor performance. If you’d like to provide feedback on the new experience, you can click the Feedback button at the top of the page and leave a comment.
