RESTON, Va., May 17, 2022 – Altum, Inc. announced today that DocuSign eSignature is now integrated within ProposalCentral. Grantmakers can seamlessly configure their award agreements and capture grantee and institution official signatures electronically via the DocuSign eSignature integration.
With integrated e-signature, awardees and institution officials can sign agreements on any device – desktop, tablet, or mobile – without ever leaving the ProposalCentral experience. The process to add this new capability is straightforward. First, the grant maker will work with their client support representative to create and upload their agreement template or templates. Once templates are set up, the grant maker can quickly create specific agreements from the template and send the agreement to their awardee. Awardees are notified via email and within ProposalCentral that they have a new agreement for signature. Once all parties have signed the agreement, it is securely stored within ProposalCentral for future reference.
Adopting DocuSign eSignature can help grant makers speed up signing times. In addition, electronic signature powered by DocuSign can help mitigate risk through enterprise-grade security and compliance controls. The DocuSign eSignature integration includes a built-in audit trail of who signed the agreement, where, and at what time.
To get started or to learn more, grant makers should reach out to their client support representative or email pcsupport(at)altum.com. There’s a onetime set-up fee to turn on this new capability and a flat fee per signature received.
